- Seated dumbbell triceps extension set 2 - reps 15
- Alternating dumbbell biceps curls set 5 - reps 5
- Dumbbell crunches set 4 - reps 15
- Plank set 2 - 20 seconds each
- Side plank set 2 - 15 seconds each
- Dumbbell weight is 8 pounds
I have only had 16 ounces of water so far today. Before bed I will try to get another 16 ounces of water.
