Eat Clean

I started reading The Eat-Clean Diet Recharged! by Tosca Reno.

Tosca Reno's book has a gluten free meal plan. Yes!

I walked 3 miles this morning for one hour.

This is just a quick update, I have to run and eat... every 2-1/2 hours.

24 hour bug

I woke up yesterday with a stomach ache, which turned into diarrhea and fever. I had no energy and my body ached. I took Benadryl first because I thought I had eaten some wheat and was having an allergic reaction. After a couple of hours there was no change so I took Theraflu, ibuprofen, and warm Sierra Mist with ginger.

Today I am almost 100%.

I lost 3 pounds. This was not a good way to lose it, but 3 pounds are 3 pounds.

I have to admit I have been drinking a lot more water. It's probably because I am dehydrated.

Wednesday (7/7) planned to walk 2-3 miles but didn't I used rain as an excuse, even though I have a treadmill. Hmm...

I really need to stay motivated if I want to see results.

Not sure if I will walk today... if I do it will be a very short walk. I don't want to go through this again! Arrgh

We fall down...

"We fall down but we get up."

I had ballooned up to 167 pounds. I have been walking at least 1 mile three times a week. I think I llike the number 163 because I seem to hang out there a lot.

145 pounds is still my goal.

Motivation is still an issue for me. I have teamed up with my friend Les. She is a little ball of energy. I love walking with her because she pushes me beyond my comfort zone. When I can see results fast it motivates me to work harder.

I want to be 150 by September 1.

Monday (7/5) walked 3.6 miles in 68 minutes.
