Eat Clean

I started reading The Eat-Clean Diet Recharged! by Tosca Reno.

Tosca Reno's book has a gluten free meal plan. Yes!

I walked 3 miles this morning for one hour.

This is just a quick update, I have to run and eat... every 2-1/2 hours.
