We fall down...

"We fall down but we get up."

I had ballooned up to 167 pounds. I have been walking at least 1 mile three times a week. I think I llike the number 163 because I seem to hang out there a lot.

145 pounds is still my goal.

Motivation is still an issue for me. I have teamed up with my friend Les. She is a little ball of energy. I love walking with her because she pushes me beyond my comfort zone. When I can see results fast it motivates me to work harder.

I want to be 150 by September 1.

Monday (7/5) walked 3.6 miles in 68 minutes.
