I got a jolt of energy and I just finished ab ripper 100. That's 10 different crunches with 10 reps each.
- Standard crunch- 10
- Right side crunch- 10
- Left side crunch- 10
- Elbows to knees-10
- Superman crunch- 10
- Leg lifts-10
- In and out- 10
- Ab hip rock- 10
- Bicycles- 10
- Full body crunch- 10
I had to get off my butt today and do something!
I do feel good afterward, yeah me!
